Yesterday we went up to Bountiful to attend my cousin's baby blessing. It was so nice to be with our extended family again. It can be overwhwelming sometimes because our family is so big, but I just love being around people I love so much and sharing our lives with them.
When we were driving home (it takes about an hour) the girls were making music requests but Cory and I insisted on leaving the i-pod on random. Ella Fitzgerald was playing. The girls asked us to change the music, but I said, "I like Ella Fitzgerald." Abbey responded with "I don't want to listen to Elephant's Journal." We all got a good laugh, but I'm beginning to question her hearing!

I was sad we couldn't visit with everyone, but hopefully we'll at least see our immediate family this weekend for conference. You will be there right?
Isn't it crazy to think that we have a newborn cousin? I guess that just goes to show how big our family is! It would have been nice to be there, and I'm sure everyone was also excited to see Max. Poor Abbey, first her eyes, and now her ears.
Emily, how fun to see your blog and to hear from you on mine. You have five?! That is so wonderful. You have such a cute family. I love the pic of the baby standing on your belly! Classic. It is so fun to see what has happened with people over the years and to see all of our kids. So fun. You looked amazing by the way for just having your fifth! Congrats again. Hope you get a little rest in there somewhere!
