Swimming Lessons

One of the kids' favorite parts of Summer vacation is taking swimming lessons at our neighbor's pool. This is Jane's first swimming lesson (we started her much younger than the rest). She seemed ok at first.

But after a few minutes she was pretty sad. I thought this was a very cute sad face.

As you can see, Olivia was enjoying her lessons.

Last year, the girls greatest fear was jumping off the diving board (Mom had to jump in to convince them it was ok). They are already brave enough to attempt it this year.

Today lessons weren't much better for Jane, but after lessons were finished and she got to play on the swingset, Jane was much happier.
